Fulfillment Policy – Grit Global

1. Purpose
This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Grit Global provides its products and services, including timelines for delivery, refund processes, cancellations, and issue resolution. It is designed to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Service Delivery
– Digital Services: Instant digital services are delivered electronically as soon as payment is confirmed, subject to fraud and payment validation checks.
– Physical Goods: Orders for physical products are shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for shipped orders.
– Service Activation: For ongoing services or subscriptions, activation occurs within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase.
3. Refunds
– Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days of approval, typically via the original payment method. Delays may occur depending on the customer’s financial institution. Eligibility and exclusions for refunds will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
– Certain prepaid or ongoing services may not be eligible for refunds (e.g., instant access digital products, non-refundable deposits). Specific exclusions will be stated at the time of purchase.
– All approved refunds are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with this policy.
4. Cancellations
– Customers may cancel certain services before fulfillment; however, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply, and this will be disclosed prior to completing your purchase.
– For subscriptions, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
5. Non-Delivery or Service Issues
– If a customer does not receive a purchased product or service within the expected timeframe, they must contact support promptly. Customer support will acknowledge and begin investigating non-delivery issues within 48 hours.
– Grit Global will investigate and resolve issues in good faith, which may include re-delivery, service credits, or refunds where appropriate.
6. Limitations of Liability
Grit Global is not responsible for fulfillment delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party service disruptions, customer inaction, or incorrect contact/shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Governing Law
This Fulfillment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, consistent with the Terms of Service.
8. Consistency with Other Policies
This Fulfillment Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
